In this article the author submits for consideration a few problems of improving the financial provision of structural reorganization aiming at enhancing the industrial structure and enterprises strong growth. The key attention is drawn to the innovation constituent. The article demonstrates the necessity of investment in this field; and offers a methodological approach to enhancing the innovation activity at Russian enterprises.
