Tools of financial management of high-tech corporations in condition of financial crisis

In connection with negative consequences of world’s financial crisis on theory and practice of economy science all in all and financial management of high-tech corporations in particular, the question of new goals and tools of financial management becomes more and more actual for large corporations, which face financial crisis. In the present work new goals of financial management are examined taking into consideration situation on markets, the classification of the main tools of financial management in terms of two criteria is given, the most important tools of financial management as a KPI system are observed. It is concluded, which financial management tools have become effective for a corporation, facing financial crisis.
