Forming the institutionary preconditions for activation of domestic investment market

The author takes up the condition of the institutionary surroundings, and its influence on domestic market of investment, and also recognizes the reasons of low developing level of domestic market institutions.
     In the current investigation the author structures the market institutions system, recognizes basic problems connected with its development and establishment and also supplies the different ways for developing institutionary surroundings.
     On the base of research the author concludes, that activation of domestic market of investment is not possible without system institutionary transformations and demands the special program of government activities.
