Investor Relations: the contents and features of realization in the conditions of a financial crisis

In the article is considered the Investor Relations as the information activities of the emitter directed on formation of an optimum market value of financial instruments. The basic directions of transformation Investor Relations in the crisis are defined: well-founded definition of target audiences, application of special communication instruments, and change of the contents of communications which in the conditions of financial crisis should reflect influence of external factors on company development.
