Finances of no state-owned pension’ founds in Cheljabinsk region

In the article author briefly describes necessity, reasons of appearance, advantages no state-owned pension’ founds to State pension’ found. This founds develops actively in modern Russia, 13 of them work at the financial market of Cheljabinsk region, which is very attractive because of high income rate in region and small part of market belonging to NPF. Results of no state-owned pension’ founds work are shows at the example of NPF « WELFARE ».
