Finances of reproductive processes in the depressive region

In the article it is considered regional features of depressive regions in Southern Federal district at Federal level, where unevenly take place a development of social and economic processes and financial-structural maintenance. There are shown ways of their development, a direction of achievement of financial self-sufficiency, and also necessity of development branches of a national economy. It is methodologically proved, that without development of own systems and, as consequences, of traditional branches of a national economy, there is not possible to exit from a depression, as it is shown on the example of the Republic Ingushetia.
