Development trends of the russian credit institutions at the stage of the world financial crisis

The author analyses the dynamics and the lines of activity of the credit institutions system in Russian Federation at the current stage of the world financial crises.
     The special attention is paid to the possibilities of the investment potential increase for the sake of small and medium business in terms of the capability of gross domestic product increase by means of financial injection.
     The author considers the international rating agencies forecast with respect to the Russian banks. He proposes the system development vectors taking into consideration the international community opinions.
