The financing of different economy spheres is considered to be in a crisis state nowadays. The economy transformation, and specifically the world economic recession have not left the environmental protection out, but influenced it significantly. The article is devoted to searching ways of financial package forming for environmental investment based on both internal and external payments. The author analyses and systematizes economic instruments to be applied for improving the management in the environmental sphere.
