Forming and fulfilling of consolidated budget of the Chechen Republic in 2006-2008

The article examines particularities of forming and fulfilling of consolidated budget of one of the Russian regions - the Chechen Republic during several last years. The analysis made by the author demonstrates that, in spite of the fact that since 2006 the judicial status of republican budget was raised to the level of republican law, the existing socio-economic problems in the Chechen Republic remain the main factor which is a hindrance for fulfilling a majority of indexes indicating the forming necessary budget revenues being obliged by the law.
