Maintenance and methodology of the budget control in a time of economic crisis

Government and municipal budget control aims to reveal offences during budget process and it is the main function of the management of finance in conditions of government financing growth. The methodology of budget resources control, that is offered in the article, illustrates scientific approach to organization of control actions. Problems of the budget control practice in Russia are showed, conceptual scheme of planning and realization of audits is described with the account of economic crisis specificity.
