The efficiency estimation of an integration process at holding structures creation

The author builds up technique of construction of the holding structure creation model or realization the project of holding perfection to increase effectiveness of its functioning. The technique is based on changes of financial and economical indicators of enterprises and holding activities in general, with the regard for external and internal factors. The method of using weight coefficients gives the opportunity to consider "weight" of each enterprise within a holding and select the optimal structure of future holding members.
