The financial policy of russia in the conditions of crisis

In total for some months 2008 it became obvious that financial crisis outgrows in economic and global. And in these conditions carrying out of the active financial policy directed on prevention of recession and stimulation of economic growth became the basic method of struggle against crisis. It is necessary to notice that various versions of a regulating financial policy are closely interconnected among themselves. Therefore identical or similar tools of the financial mechanism are applied in the various countries using as кейнсианскую, and neo-Conservative system of regulation that leads to their convergence. The author carries out the analysis of a financial policy of Russia in the conditions of crisis and the vision of the specified problems and ways of their decision is offered.
