At this conjuncture appreciable decrease in business activity in the housing construction market is observed. In these conditions the questions connected with the search of new sources of backing become important. One of such sources is the share issue. At the same time, now the conjuncture of the share market has lowered interest of investors to safety stocks of the developer companies. Nevertheless, advantages of the similar form of external backing keep to it interest of issuers.
