The evolution of commercial banks activity regulation in modern Russia

The national historic aspects of forming effective model banking system’s development in Russia are considered in this article. The major attention was focused on analysis of changes in state regulation policy of commercial banks activities in combination with reached level of national banking system development. There was attempted to identify risks of national banking system stability loss and loss of Russian monetary system independent in condition of internalization and financial globalization through the analysis of lending agencies activity regulation by Central Bank questions and analysis of regulatory base of management perfection process in Russia in historical and chronological aspects.
