Investment analysis in the conditions of uncertain business environment

The system of indicators for express-evaluation of investment-perspective projects in the uncertain business environment is developed. This system includes not only traditional indicators, but also the uncertainty level indicators: coefficient of variation in net present profit and an investment project safety margin. A possibility of using the methods of the fuzzy logics theory for evaluating quality of investment alternatives at the stage of detailed analysis is being analyzed. The use of the method of fuzzy relation preference while evaluating the attractiveness of investment alternatives is addressed.
