In this paper we presented a survey of recent researches regarding sources of financing of an enterprise carried out in Russia, in particular regarding problems of cost of debt and equity estimation, elaborated supplements to classical capital structure theories, suggested practical techniques of financial structure selecting. While preparing this article we analyzed database of Russian State Library for period 2006 - 2008 and examined dissertations that treat of the sources of financing of an enterprise.
