External and internal conditions of formation of the Russian national innovative system

In article are considered external and internal factors of development of the Russian innovative system. Within the limits of processes of the international integration and globalisation the Russian innovative system obviously should answer both to requirements of a national economy, and objective tendencies of development of the international innovative process. Besides, there are also the microeconomic reasons pushing the enterprises to foreign trade activities in a direction of innovative interaction.
