In the article «Organization of a project financing at construction of objects of the real estate in Russia» the innovational and effective financing method of investment projects is presented. The author has formulated definition of a project financing, has revealed five its basic attributes and has developed the circuit of its basic participants. Process of realization of a project financing is submitted from the point of view of formation and use of funds of financial resources at all stages of performance of the project. In conclusion, the actual analytical information with an estimation of minimum volume of investments is shown at application of a project financing in Russia.
