In the article features of budgetary financing of innovative workings out in regions of Russia are considered. Definite purposes of a scientific and technical policy in regions. Regional priorities of development of a science are allocated. The system of financing of innovative activity is tracked. The basic criteria of selection of innovative projects by prospective budgetary and scientific and technical efficiency are allocated. The state support of the organizations of an innovative infrastructure is analyzed. Recommendations about the mechanism of its realization by means of a number of methods are offered. The estimation is given some innovative projects and some methods of the centralised control of innovative projects are offered.
