Fiscal and monetary instruments of overcoming economic crisis in Russia

The article is focused on relevant problems of overcoming the world economic crisis in Russia, on new social and economic realias of the counttry, on proscpects of recovery and attaining the path of sustainable growth. It is referred to the dual character of economic crisis, changing role of the state in postcrisis period, shortrun and longrun prospects for different countries, first of all for Russia, to overcome the crisis. Antirecessionary measures of the goverment of the Russian Federation in budget, fiscal and monetary spheres are examined as well as topical social problems. The article includes analytical overview of the opinions of number of reputed experts and contains comprehensive statistics. It also gives the author's own point of view on the causes and consequences of the crisis in Russia and on needed measures of governmental regulation.
