Trends of bankruptcy institution development

Bankruptcy procedures can be applied not only to companies, but to individuals, subnational territories and sovereign countries. The analysis of contradictions to be solved by insolvency mechanism for different types of debtors helps identifying trends of bankruptcy institution development. Such problems include moral hazard, creditor’s race, collective actions, protection owners and management rights, keeping debt value and so on.
