The classification signs of integrated merging forms

There are practically a lot of integrated merging forms characterized by base essential signs due to we can divide them by some groups. The group signs in question let us actually develop some differentiated merging management principles concerning finance, staff and process aspects completely.
     The research has been taken revealed that there is no a standard in classification signs of integrated merging forms and the other hand some classification problems in part of typical merging signs have being involved.
     To develop some differentiated merging management principles concerning finance, staff and process aspects completely we need in a detailed signs grouping that is why we research practically three base sign groups to classify the integrated merging forms in question.
