The article “Problems of attracting investments to the housing construction business and analysis of the possible ways of their solutions” analyses the current instruments of the bank assets investment into the housing construction business. The respective instruments that are used abroad have been studied. Upon analysis of the efficiency of implementing investment instruments in Russia, the priority direction of the banks’ investment policy development in the field of construction business has been chosen according to the author’s opinion. Furthermore, positive factors of implementing bank investment programs into the housing construction business have been detected. Special attention has been given to the methods of decreasing the level of the bank credit risks connected with the implementation of the investment programs in the field of housing construction business.
