The researching of «investments phenomena» by McConnell and, Muscarella, and observations by Jarell., Lehn and Marr, it calls attention the complementary method for estimating present value of companies with capitalization of investments, which evolves in this article in Modified Discount Investment Flow Model (MDIF-model). This article is the earnest analysis with the methodology of capital structure instruments.
