The Development of Operating at Financial Markets of Russia in Connection with World Trends

Different models of financial regulation are presented in the article. Trends in financial markets development stimulate authorities to change the current model by consolidating financial regulation. Financial market is the place where interests of investors, consumers and financial authorities are crossing. In the medium-term prospect the structure of financial regulation should be changed. The author analyses the effectiveness of the current laws and regulations through the interests of corporations, professional and non-professional investors.
