Mutual insurance as an important line of development of the Russian Federation insurance sector

Mutual insurance is a new phenomenon on the modern Russian insurance market. The existing laws forbidden it to act in the sector of life insurance, make it difficult to step into the sector of obligatory insurance. Meanwhile the Russian pre-revolutionary experience and also foreign experience show that mutual insurance will fight against different negative tendencies existing in the Russian insurance market.
