In the article is considered a commercial credit role in economic development. As it is known, application of commercial credits requires availability at the seller of a sufficient reserve capital on a case of slowing down of receipts of debtors, therefore as a commercial credit the credit represented not under the independent extra obligation, and in performance of contracts on realisation of the goods is considered only. In the article some methods of granting of a commercial credit are considered, including. The bill method, the open account, the discount at a repayment term in time, a seasonal loan etc. Among them the most convenient is the paper credit when the supplier transmits to the buyer documents of title after the acceptance.
