The lacks of formation of reserves to cover possible private loans losses

This work emphasises the domestic bank practice regarding formation of reserves to cover possible private loans losses. Russian Central Bank requirements for creation of obligatory reserves in 2009 are compared. The questions of expenses reduction for bank when collecting problem debts in judicial order are mentioned.
