The article describes key problems in the corporate mortgage programs development. Authors analyze features of conventional practice on the Russian mortgage market and suggest approach to minimize crisis effects for industrial corporations – originators of corporate mortgage programs. Authors present structure for program funding adapted to crisis environment.
