Nowadays in Russia the problem of state measures effectiveness in innovations is quite relevant. The article discloses the aspects of business-and-state partnership in foundation of venture funds and the role private asset management companies play in their successful performance. The main objectives of asset management companies in this field are estimated and the optimal way of their solving is given.
