Article presents some ideas to improve finance and budget law in Russian Federation in conditions of world financial crisis, including the need to resolve some juridical collisions, which can appear during the period, where anti-crisis measures are functioning. Author think, that it need to adopt others federal statutes saving strong the priority of Budget Cod of Russian Federation and to cut off from juridical acts of budget law the things, which is contra of Budget Cod and federal statutes.
