The peculiarities of management of gold and exchange currency (international) reserves of Bank of Russia

In this work the author gives the analysis of sufficiency of gold-value (international) reserves of Bank of Russia with the help of multi-criteria approach. He reveals the sufficiency of the international reserves for realization of obligations on Reddi, Gvidotti, IMF criteria as well as “wide criterion”. The work shows the temporal dynamics of change of structure of the gold and exchange currency reserves, directed of decrease in risks. The author also reveals the peculiarities in management of gold and exchange currency reserves of the Russian Federation in conditions of a financial crisis and gives recommendations about overcoming of the existing negative phenomena in monetary-credit policy of monetary authorities.
