Experience of Corporate Information Systems (CIS) implementation has contradictory character. That’s why the practical task on generalization of it is considered as scientific problem of it’s analysis and producing common practical recommendations of CIS building. Solution of this problem in a framework of suggested simple and well-composed methodical approach let increase the active period of these recommendations. Stated general tendencies of CIS development and contemporary automated management principles are used in developed procedure to define core element of future system.
