Development of a municipal economy – a basis of formation of the local budget

Municipal economy consists of enterprises, foundations and objects which are within the jurisdiction of the local control. Municipal property is the base of the economy. There is a definite correlation between economy and local budget. In the conditions of broadening the sovereignty of the municipal authority there is of extreme importance to increase the income part of the local budget, as the source of municipal constitution existing. The solution of the problem of increasing the proper income of municipal budget is possible if the effectiveness of the usage municipal property increases.
