The article is devoted to the matters of financial support of notariate abroad. It defines the features of financing the notariate in the countries being parts of the two basic contemporary legal systems: Anglo-Saxon and Romance-and-Germanic. After taking into account the representation of Russian in EurAsEC, it analyses the notariate financial support experience in the member states of the community.
