Financial support of notarial chambers, state and private notaries in the Russian Federation

The article researches the matters of financial support of notarial activities abroad, based on its Romance-and-Germanic and Anglo-Saxon organization models being applied. Tariffs in the countries of ‘Latin notary’ are established at the legislative level. In the Anglo-Saxon model, the compensation for notarial activities is formed on the contract basis.
