On the intergovernmental budget relations models in federative states

The article assesses the basic types of division of competences and spending powers in the world practice. The types of intergovernmental budget relations have been generalized, and classification criteria have been highlighted: by the degree of centralization; by the ways of division of powers; by the degree of independence.
