The article substantiates the idea that, in the crisis conditions, the cardinal consolidation of the Russia’s positions in the world financial system becomes the basic condition of the steady development of the national economy in the following years. Solution of this strategic task would allow ensuring the stable inflow of foreign investments to the country, independent of the state of the global environment, reducing the volume of the flight of capital, increasing trust to the national currency.
