Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) allows integration of financial goals and social, environmental, and moral viewpoints of investors. In 2007 socially responsible investment assets amounted to more than USD 7 billion, and socially responsible investment services became one of the financial market segments with the most dynamic development. The article contains the study of the meaning and the development process of socially responsible investment.
