Basics of the budgetary law for assessment of management of the state support of individual social and economic systems of the region

Assessment of efficiency of the state support of regional social and economic systems cannot be performed without applying the state budgetary law and methodical developments for performance of effectiveness assessment in regions. Analysis of the existing methodical documents allows distinguishing their basic problems and developing the general method of assessing the effectiveness of the state support in regional social and economic systems.
