Features of financial management in the public sector of economy

Financial management in the public sector of economy is assessed from the position of realization of material and procedural norms of the budgetary law. Three types of budgetary procedures have been discriminated, depending on the degree of standardization of decisions made at the stage of budget implementation. The necessity of development of internal assessment of the budgetary funds management is being substantiated.
