In their article the authors offer practical organizational and financial measures, aimed at improvement of accounting for the program-oriented purpose allocations from the federal budget in national projects. They substantiate the necessity of the regulative preservation of the national projects’ passports, as well as of introduction of the budget classification codes for the funds being allocated.
