The increased attention to the corporate management within the nation-wide and regional banking sphere has resulted from the general liberalization and instability of financial markets, increased competition, which subject banks to new risks, require the constant updates of the business management methods, in order to live through the financial crisis, maintain the competitiveness and successfully integrate into the global financial system. The basic trends and strategic perspectives of the corporate management development within the banking system of Krasnodarskiy Kray are also covered in this article.
