Investment nature of the popular finances

The article speaks about the necessity to mobilize the individual savings as an important factor in overcoming the consequences of the financial crisis and to attract and use them for development of the country’s economy. The problem of attracting investment resources is rather pressing and difficult to solve. On the part of the state, financial and crediting institutions, economic entities the active search for funding sources is taking place in order to attract investments, but at the same time the financial resources available to population are not in demand enough.
