The system of market and internal indicators of the company value formation strategy

The article performs the analysis of correspondence of the equity capital profitability indexes, size of the discounted cash flow, size of the economic added value as integrated indicators of the company value formation strategy. It substantiates the necessity to use the relative proceeds multiplier reflecting the market information as an integrated indicator of the company value formation strategy. It also offers the system of market and internal indicators of the company value formation strategy, allowing to increase the efficiency of management of the company’s market value.
