Features of forming and using personal finances in the Russian economy

The article provides a complex macroeconomic assessment of forming and using personal finances in Russia. Based on the analysis of the Russian statistical information on personal finances, Macroeconomic factors have been highlighted, defining the revenues and expenses of individuals, their dynamics patterns have been demonstrated as well as the basic directions of increasing the effectiveness of the personal finances management in Russia.
