In the conditions of the financial crisis, in order to withstand its consequences for the Russian banking system, its subsequent reformation is required in order to achieve adequate state of the banking sector for the innovative economy development. The extensive development period in the commercial banks’ operations, when there were possibilities for effective functioning of the crediting organization only at the cost of the interest margin, has com to an end, and the current stage is the intensive development way, impossible without a complex analysis and evaluation of all components of the banking business as a total of feature of a very complicated dynamic probabilistic system.
