Interaction of central banks and governments: differences and manifestation forms in the global crisis conditions

In conditions of the current global crisis, problems have appeared bringing about the necessity to reconsider the regulating mechanisms of financial market and institutions. This necessity fully included the banking sector as well, the condition of which influences not only the crediting possibilities for the economy’s real sector and investment programs' realization, but also the stability of the entire economic system. In these conditions, it became possible in most countries to coordinate the policy of central banks and governments as well as that of central banks of certain countries.
