Currently, the Treasury of Russia is a powerful system of budget payments, ensuring the cash servicing of fulfillment the budget system’s budgets, access of all participants of the budgeting process to the banking system, possessing the detailed information on the state of the public finances. The national-level tasks being solved, undoubtedly, impose great responsibility. We should be more competent, prompt, transparent and effective from the point of fulfilling the state functions trusted to us.
