Budget funds spending effectiveness evaluation methods

In the conditions of the market mechanism of financial resources distribution, the importance of evaluation of budget expenses effectiveness increases beyond measure. However, a lot of authors research this matter from the point of view of individual aspects of monitoring the budget expenses effectiveness, leaving out the analysis from the point of the complex approach. The article offers the method of evaluation of the budget expenses effectiveness based on the complex assessment of direct and final results of budget services being provided and the budget expenses dynamics.
